Beiteddine and Deir el-Qamar
When you do this trip by public transport it’s best to start in Deir al-Qamar. Because to get here you need apart from a minibus a ride with a taxi which are there not in big numbers. Deir al-Qamar offers a nice small old square with buildings which are nice to wander around. There is a wax museum in the village too but this is small and in my opinion not impressive. From Deir al-Qamar you should find a taxi to Beiteddine to visit this beautiful place. There are nice photo opportunities and some nice decorations in the palace which is the sight to visit there.
