Bcharre and Qadisha Valley
Bcharre is a village in the Qadisha Valley which is well connected by public transport to Tripoli and Beirut. You can visit here the Cedars of God, some monasteries and enjoy the panoramic views over the mountains which have snow in April. To visit the site you can hike or hire a taxi and driver. I did the last thing and paid about USD 50 for half a day.
