Luckily nearby there’s beautiful nature at Wadi Mujib. A huge canyon with a panoramic view over the surrounding area with a serpent road to the 12th-century crusader castle in Kerak. During this trip, I was with organised transport which made it easy to make different stops. With public transport, you’ll need more time to reach on the same day in the evening Petra.
