Iguazú Falls
I have seen already a lot of waterfalls during my journies all over the world. The Iguazú Falls are by far the most impressive ones in my opinion. It is a huge amount of 275 waterfalls in one place. They are located in Argentina and Brazil and you can visit these waterfalls in both countries. The Brazilian side offers a panoramic view of the waterfalls and the possibility of getting soaked. For this side, a half-a-day stop day is enough. Your visit to the Brazilian side of the Iguazú Falls can be combined with a trip to the Itaipu Dam and Cuidad del Este in Paraguay.
The Argentinian side offers more possibilities for hiking. On the Argentinian side, you can spend easily the whole day in nature. During my visit, I stayed in the Argentinian village Puerto Iguazú.
