In the summer of 2019, I have made a trip for about two weeks to Romania. Probably this was not long enough to see all the important attractions in one of the bigger European countries. But at least to have a good impression and definitely sometimes I plan to go back to here to explore more places. This country has an excellent train network, delicious food, and wine. It was still cheap compared to Western-European standards.
