Giant’s Causeway and Carric-A-Rede Rope bridge

It’s possible from Belfast to book a tour to the Giant’s Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. This tour starts with a short stop at Carrickfergus Castle. During the tour we wandered around outside the castle, for a visit inside unfortunately there wasn’t enough time. To be honest it’s nice just to wander around outside because the castle is quite small and the views outside offer more.

Next stop is the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge which is situated in a natural area with a rough coastline which is a good place to hike. A perfect place to enjoy some views on Nothern Ireland’s nature.

The Giant Causeway offers an amazing coastline with unique rock formations. This area is also good to walk around, just be prepared that you are not the only tourist. It’s an area which is quite well-known outside Northern Ireleand.
