Things to do in Sfax
Sfax can be reached easily by train and it’s good to stay two nights. One night to visit the city and the historic medina with the colorful market. The next day you can take a train to El Jem which is about one hour journey.
Connections
Sfax is well-connected by train to Tunis and El Jem. From Sfax, there is a possibility to visit the desert and Tozeur. For this trip, you have to take a minibus (louage) from the bus terminal and transfer from Gafsa to another louage.
