During my tour in Peru in 2009, I’ve made a short side trip from Puno to Copacabana and Isla del Sol. In 2017 I’ve visited Bolivia for about 12 days in combination with a visit to Chile to see the rest of the highlights. The order of different places in Bolivia is the way you would visit the different sights if you enter the country from Peru (Puno). From Chile, it’s the other way around.
