Things to do in Sighișoara
Sighișoara is a well-known tourist destination in Romania. It has a well-preserved old walled city centre and colorful historic buildings. This town is located in the region of Transylvania. I have stayed in this town for two nights and had about two full days to explore everything at a slow pace. When you are in a rush or in case it is hard to find accommodation here, one day is enough. During the high season, cheap accommodation was here harder to find than at other places in Romania. Especially when you travel by public transport, so the best advice is to book at least one or two days before arrival.
Connections
Sighișoara is connected by train to Sibiu and Brașov. From the train station, the city centre is within walking distance.
